On Friday, 11 December 2020, the bone marrow transplant team from the Clinic of Hematology and Transplantation, University Clinical Center Tuzla successfully performed one more autologous HSCT of bone marrow in a forty- year- old patient from Tuzla. The patient was treated for Hodgkin lymphoma at the Clinic of Hematology and Transplantation.

The autologous transplant procedure went well, and the patient is hemodynamically stable with an uneventful recovery.

On the same day, the transplant team started stimulation of granulocyte growth factors (GFR) and preparation for the apheresis in a fifty- year old patient suffering from multiple myeloma. As the latest recommendation from the European Society for Blood and Marrow Transplantation, a tandem autologous stem cell transplantation has been planned in this patient.
