Today, health care professionals from the University Clinical Center Tuzla took part on webinar conference “Hospital management of COVID-19 patients”. Zoom Webinar conference hosted the Italian Embassy in Bosnia Herzegovina and the Medical Council of Province of Trieste.
In addition to already known information about the most important aspects of COVID-19 infection treatment, this conference provided new knowledge about cardiological, neurological, and pneumological aspects of the COVID-19 pandemic.
The aim was to gather experts from clinical practice, to share experience and activities they have undertaken in their institutions to battle against COVID-19.
A welcome address delivered H.E. Dr. Nicola Minasi, Italian Ambassador in Bosnia Herzegovina. Introduction to webinar gave Dr. Dino Trento the President of the Medical Council of Province of Trieste.
The esteemed lecturers were Prof. Marco Confalonieri , Director of Pneumological clinic; Prof. Roberto Luzzati, Director of Infectious disease clinic; Prof. Paolo Manganotti, Director of Neurological clinic; Prof. Gianfranco Sinagra, Director of Cardiological clinic.
On today’s webinar also participated health professionals from Sarajevo, Mostar, Banja Luka and Foča.
