UKC TUZLA HELD CONSULTATIVE MEETING ON ENERGY EFFICIENCY PROJECT OF GRADINA

A consultative meeting to determine the dynamics of works on thermal insulation upgrading of surgical facility Gradina, within the framework of the World Bank Energy Efficiency Project, was held today at the University Clinical Center Tuzla. The Federal Ministry of Spatial Planning with a Project Implementation Unit are authorized for implementation of the concerned World Bank Project. Ass. Prof. Nešad Hotić, director of the UKC Tuzla, together with his associates, received the representatives from the Federal Ministry of Spatial Planning and the general contractor.

The key issues discussed during the meeting were preparational activities, project documentation and terms. The proposed project plan includes demolition and replacement of all existing 620 windows, placing a new thermal-insulating facade on an area of 4900 square meters and installation of system for control of energy consumption in a building.

The beginning of works is planned for1 February, 2015, with completion within four months.
