On Wednesday, 11 July 2018, the transplant team of the University Clinical Center Tuzla performed the 200th kidney transplant surgery. The donor of kidney was a close relative of the recipient. The procedure performed nephrology team of experts led by Prof. Dr. Enisa Mešić, urologists Ass. Prof. Samed Jagodić, Dr. Asim Agić, Dr Mustafa Bazardžanović, anesthesiologist Dr. Jasmina Đug, nurse anesthetist Munira Kanić and scrub nurses Enida Hadžić, Begajeta Kovčić and Edvin Feukić.
“Transplant procedure had an uneventful course and the patient is stable with normal kidney parameters.” says Ass. Prof. Samed Jagodić.
