The Clinic for Neurology, University Clinical Center Tuzla hosted a press conference on the occasion of 13th Meetings on Neurology in Tuzla. Prof. Dr. Dževdet Smajlović, head of the Clinic for Neurology, Prof. Dr. Mirjana Vidović, president of the Association of Neurologists of the Tuzla Canton, and Prim. Dr. Larisa Kovačević, secretary of the Association of Neurologists met with the media reporters today.
As it was said during the conference, the meetings on neurology in Tuzla have been organized since 2011, with aim to exchange experience and knowledge among health professionals on the latest approaches in diagnostics and treatment in neurology, but also it is a great opportunity to meet with many colleagues and associates.
Prof. Dr. Dževdet Smajlović said that the program of the 13th Meetings on Neurology has been organized in six sessions with 28 scheduled lectures. The invited speakers will be esteemed experts in the field of neurology from Copenhagen, Zagreb, Zadar, Belgrade, Osijek, Sarajevo, Banja Luka and Mostar.
The scientific part of program will start on Saturday, 10 November, 9 a.m. in the Crystal Hall of the Hotel Tuzla, but already today Prof. Dr. Vlasta Vuković Cvetković from the Danish Headache Center gave an interesting lecture on headache. The workshop on the theme occipital nerve block is scheduled for tomorrow.
