The University Clinical Center Tuzla management organized a meeting today with representatives of the Radiotherapy Center from Banja Luka.
The representatives of the Affidea Banja Luka Radiotherapy Center led by the director Marijan Bilić received Prof. Dr. Denijal Tulumović, director of University Clinical Center Tuzla together with Assoc. Prof. Igor Hudić, medical director.
The meeting attended the Tuzla Canton Minister of Health Dr. Dušanka Bećirović, deputy director of the FBiH Health Insurance and Reinsurance Institute, Dr. Suad Bjedić, and the director of the Institute of Health Insurance TK, Denis Husić.
The meeting was held to discuss sending oncology patients for radiotherapy treatment to the Banja Luka Radiotherapy Center to avoid the creation of a waiting list.
As a result of the meeting, the first five patients from the University Clinical Center Tuzla will be referred to Banja Luka for radiotherapy treatment next week.
