Dr. Adnan Delibegović, a radiation oncologists at University Clinical Center Tuzla passed away yesterday after a short illness at the age of 55.
Dr. Adnan Delibegović graduated at Medical faculty, University of Tuzla in 1991, and specialized radiation oncology in Sarajevo in 2003. He completed postgraduated studies at Medical faculty, University of Sarajevo in 2007.
He was promoted to associate professor at Medical faculty Tuzla on the subject Oncology in December 2014. For the position chief of Department for Radiotherapy Dr. Delibegović was appointed in 2006 and served until 2011 when he became head of the Clinic for Oncology, Hematology and Radiotherapy. Dr. Delibegović remained at that position until January 2018.
Dr. Adnan Delibegović served as head of Department of Teletherapy until his death in 2018.
The Commemorative Session will be held today on 20 April, 2018, in the amphitheater of the Clinic for Internal Medicine, beginning at 2 p.m.
