When patients are candidates for admission to the Department as inpatients following information are recorded in the patient's medical records: medical history, clinical path, nursing anamnesis and documentation. Catheter biopsy, transbronchial biopsy, transbronchial puncture and bronchobiopsy (brush biopsy, forceps biopsy, needle biopsy) are techniques used for taking pathological- histological material.
