As part of the Employment Program and the Health Care Improvement Initiative, the University Clinical Center Tuzla, in collaboration with the Government of Tuzla Canton, the Ministry of Health of Tuzla Canton, the Employment Service of Tuzla Canton, and the Public Health Institute of Tuzla Canton, hired 34 medical doctors in May 2024.<\/p>\n
After completing extensive training focused on acquiring practical skills in emergency care, maintaining medical records\u2014particularly regarding reports on malignant diseases\u2014and monitoring the rational use of antibiotics and reporting adverse drug reactions, the newly employed doctors successfully passed the final exam demonstrating their acquired knowledge.<\/p>\n
Last week, the Director of the University Clinical Center Tuzla, Prof. Dr. \u0160ekib Umihani\u0107, along with the Assistant Director for Teaching and Scientific Research, Prof. Dr. Ervin Alibegovi\u0107, hosted a reception for the newly employed doctors. During the event, they discussed opportunities for professional and scientific development, as well as the doctors’ experiences working within the institution. The conversation also included feedback, suggestions, and recommendations for improving the working environment.<\/p>\n
Prof. Dr. Alibegovi\u0107 emphasized that this group of young doctors represents exceptionally talented staff who achieved outstanding results in their final exam.
