The organizers of this scientific event were the journal of University Clinical Center Tuzla \u201cPedijatrija Danas\u201d and the UKC Tuzla Clinic for Children's Diseases.The main theme of this one- day meeting was &#8220;Pediatrics in Family Medicine&#8221; which included a variety of topics in the field of pediatrics presented by the esteemed lecturers and experts from Zagreb, Novi Sad and Tuzla.<\/p>\n<p align=\"LEFT\">\u00a0In the first lecture Prof. Dr. Alemka Jaklin Kekez from the Polyclinic for Children's Diseases &#8220;Helena &#8221; Zagreb talked about &#8220;The role of ultrasound in chronic liver diseases in children&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p align=\"LEFT\">On the theme&#8221; The diagnosis and treatment of hydatid cysts of the liver&#8221; talked Dr. Selma Terzi\u0107 from the UKC Tuzla Clinic for Children's Diseases.<\/p>\n<p align=\"LEFT\">&#8221; Modern approach to imaging methods in the diagnosis of urinary tract infection in children&#8221; was a theme delivered by Prof. Dr Andrea Cvitkovi\u0107 Roi\u0107 from the Polyclinic for Children's Diseases &#8220;Helena &#8221; Zagreb.<\/p>\n<p align=\"LEFT\">Primarius Dr. Nedima Ati\u0107, MSci., from the UKC Tuzla Clinic for Children's Diseases presented a lecture entitled &#8221; Diagnosis and treatment of urinary tract infectious in children&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p align=\"LEFT\">Ass. Prof. Jovan Lovrenski from the Institute for health Protection of Children and Youth Vojvodina, Novi Sad , gave an interesting lecture on &#8220;Pulmonary diseases in children- ultrasound as an equal diagnostic tool&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p align=\"LEFT\">The last lecture of the 23<sup>rd<\/sup> scientific meeting of pediatricians &#8221; Chest wall deformities in children&#8221; was presented by Ass.
