For the first time in the UKC Tuzla, the team of cardiologists, Ass. Dr. Mugdim Bajri\u0107 and Ass. Dr. Elmir Jahi\u0107 supervised by Dr. Richard Matasi\u0107 from Clinical Hospital \u201eRebro\u201c Zagreb, have successfully implanted CRT device. The application of CRT device is suitable for heart failure patients with NYHA classes II- III, ejection fraction less than 35% ,and a left bundle branch block morphology. Also, it is suitable in the management of patients&#8217; CHF in cases when drug treatment didn't help.
