Pomenuti sistem omogu\u0107ava intraoperativno monitoriranje integriteta intrakranijalnih struktura (kortikalnih i subkortikalnih struktura velikog mozga, tako i integriteta struktura mo\u017edanog stabla i kranijalnih \u017eivaca), kao i struktura na ki\u010dmi. Integrirani sistem za intraoperativni neurofiziolo\u0161ki monitoring je sofisticirana medicinska tehnologija koja se koristi tokom hirur\u0161kih operativnih zahvata za kontinuirano pra\u0107enje funkcije \u017eiv\u010danog sistema u stvarnom vremenu. Operativni tim Klinike za neurohirurgiju \u010dini li su neurohirurzi, doc. dr. Mirze Moranjki\u0107a, sistem dodatno pove\u0107ava stepen resekcije intraaksijalnih tumora na mozgu, obezbije\u0111uju\u0107i dodatni faktor sigurnosti u pogledu o\u010duvanja integriteta kortikalnih i subkortikalnih struktura. \u201eEfektivnost ovakvog multimodalnog intraoperativnog pra\u0107enja je od velike va\u017enosti u neurohirur\u0161kim operacijama. Ure\u0111aj za multimodalni intraoperativni neurofiziolo\u0161ki monitoring, poseban zna\u010daj dobija u integraciji sa drugim ure\u0111ajima koji se svakodevno koriste u neurohirur\u0161koj opearcionoj sali. Ovdje bi posebno istakao neuronavigacijski sistem, CUSA &#8211; kavitron ultraoni\u010dni aspirator i operativni mikroskop sa mogu\u0107no\u0161\u0107u upotrebe intraoperativne neurofluorsecencije. Sve nabrojano kada se integri\u0161e u jedan sistem znatno pove\u0107ava sigurnost izvo\u0111enja mnogih neurohirur\u0161kih operacija. Upotreba ovakvog multimodalnog neuromonitoringa name\u0107e i poseban set izazova u vo\u0111enju anestezije za ovakve operacije\u201c, istakao je doc. dr.
