A working meeting between the representatives of the Tuzla Canton Government and the management team of the University Clinical Center Tuzla was held yesterday. The meeting attended Bego Guti\u0107, the Prime Minister of Tuzla Canton, Minister of health Bahrudin Had\u017eiefendi\u0107, Minister of finance Jakub Suljkanovi\u0107, Minister of education, science, culture and sport Zlatan Muratovi\u0107, director of Clinical Center Tuzla Ass. Prof. Ne\u0161ad Hoti\u0107, medical director Prof. Dr. Fahrija Skoki\u0107, director of Sector for financial affairs Sabina Tanovi\u0107 economics graduate, director of Sector for law affairs Ervin Mujki\u0107, law graduate and head technician Mirza Jahi\u0107.
\nThe following issues were discussed in the meeting: hospital activities and accomplishments, new diagnostic and interventional procedures, procurement of material and resources, the provision of tertiary health care for the returnees in the Republic of Srpska and strategic planning.<\/p>\n
At the opening of the meeting, Ass. Prof. Hoti\u0107 said that the University Clinical Center Tuzla has increased the number of new procedures, the number of surgeries for inpatients and outpatients, as well as the number of health care services during the 2016. ” During the past year we have managed to improve our working results and therefore to improve our competitiveness on the market” he said.<\/p>\n
The Premier of Tuzla Canton Bego Guti\u0107 said that as reported by annual financial report, the University Clinical Center Tuzla for the first time in the past ten years has positive financial results and reduces the debt to suppliers for 2.000.000 BAM.
