Today, the director of the Clinical Center of Montenegro Dr. Jevto Erakovi\u0107 and his adviser Prof. Dr. Vaso Antunovi\u0107 paid a visit to the University Clinical Center Tuzla. The guests were welcomed by director Prof. Dr. Ne\u0161ad Hoti\u0107 and his closest associates. The meeting also attended Dr. Bahrudin Had\u017eiefendi\u0107, the Tuzla Canton Health Minister. The meeting discussed the topic on the continuation of regional cooperation between these two health care institutions. The University Clinical Center Tuzla and the Clinical Center Montenegro in May 2018 became signatories of the Agreement on mutual cooperation in the medical field to improve health services in hospitals.<\/p>\n
In the course of the meeting, director Hoti\u0107 expressed satisfaction for a well- established cooperation and introduced our guests with the capacities and organization structure, as well as with the most important and ongoing projects in Clinical Center Tuzla.<\/p>\n
On the occasion, Dr. Jevto Erakovi\u0107 said that Clinical Center Tuzla's progress has outdone any other healthcare facility in the region and that is the reason they wanted the cooperation with this center. Moreover, our guests showed great interest in the formal process of accreditation and certification that had recently been conducted in our hospital by the Agency for Healthcare Quality and Accreditation in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.<\/p>\n
Minister of Health Dr. Bahrudin Had\u017eiefendi\u0107 said that the Ministry has committed to provide support and assistance to the strengthening of cross- border projects and cooperation with aim to improve health care system in the Tuzla Canton.<\/p>\n
