Today, on 15 October, 2021 in the University Clinical Center Tuzla ended the Ultrasound Trainings of the Abdomen and the Neck diagnostics. This year’s ultrasound training was organized by the Sector for scientific research and the Tuzla Canton Medical Chamber.
The aim of organizers was to provide an ultrasound training curriculum for participants after which they should feel confident performing and interpreting assessment with sonography.
The leader of the abdomen ultrasound training was Prof. Dr. Denijal Tulmović, specialist in internal medicine and sub- specialist in nephrology.
Dr. Izić Belkisa, specialist in nuclear medicine was a leader of the neck ultrasound training. Theoretical part of required curriculum held eminent doctors and lecturers with an experience in the field of diagnostic medical sonography.
On the occasion of awarding certifications for participants Prof. Dr. Šefik Hasukić, head of the Sector for scientific research and education said that the main idea is to organize as many trainings and education programs in the University Clinical Center Tuzla that were at a standstill during the pandemic.
