The conference marked a significant step toward regional networking and the strategic strengthening of the Tuzla Canton economy through institutional cooperation and knowledge exchange.
On this occasion, Director of UKC Tuzla, Prof. Dr. Šekib Umihanić, emphasized:
“UKC Tuzla’s participation in this international conference represents a significant strategic step in positioning our institution as a credible and competitive partner in the field of health tourism. Our clinical excellence, advanced technical capabilities, and highly qualified staff have been widely recognized, and establishing ties with health institutions from the Republic of Turkey opens up valuable opportunities for knowledge exchange, training of young physicians, and implementation of joint projects. This initiative marks an important move toward formalizing institutional cooperation and advancing health tourism, which holds considerable economic and professional potential for Tuzla Canton and for Bosnia and Herzegovina as a whole.”
