With the participation of numerous distinguished guests and leading experts in neurology and related disciplines, the 17th Tuzla Neurological Meetings were successfully held.
This year’s event was organized by the Clinic for Neurology of the University Clinical Center Tuzla, in collaboration with the Association of Neurologists of the Tuzla Canton. The central theme, “Neurological Bridges of the Region,” symbolized the importance of fostering strong connections between knowledge, experience, and different generations of professionals.
The meeting gathered more than 300 participants and 40 invited lecturers, who shared the latest scientific insights and clinical experiences across nine thematic sessions.
According to the Head of the Clinic for Neurology, Prof. Dr. Zikrija Dostović, the meeting brought together leading experts in neurology and neuroscience with the goal of exchanging contemporary knowledge, practical experiences, and advancements in clinical practice. In his opening address, Prof. Dr. Dostović emphasized that the Tuzla Neurological Meetings provide a valuable platform for strengthening professional competencies and advancing modern medical practice.
The diversity and quality of the presented topics highlighted the rapid progress in neurology, particularly in the areas of advanced diagnostics, personalized treatment approaches, and a deeper understanding of complex neurological disorders.
