Assoc. Prof. Dr. Maja Marolt Mušič, Head of the Department of Radiological Diagnostics at the Oncology Institute in Ljubljana, is on a professional visit to the University Clinical Center Tuzla.
As part of her visit, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Marolt Mušič is delivering a series of expert lectures in the field of breast magnetic resonance imaging. The program is designed for physicians and radiological engineers from the Clinic for Radiology and Nuclear Medicine, with the aim of strengthening their knowledge and practical skills in modern diagnostic approaches.
According to the Head of the Clinic, Prof. Dr. Svjetlana Mujagić, the workshop is focused on enhancing the professional competencies of medical staff and ensuring the continuity of high-quality diagnostic services for patients.
“The need for continuous professional development among physicians involved in breast disease diagnostics has been clearly recognized. For this reason, we have organized specialized training led by the esteemed Assoc. Prof. Dr. Maja Marolt Mušič from Slovenia. Her extensive experience in breast imaging will support our physicians and radiological engineers in adopting advanced knowledge, standardizing the interpretation of findings, and applying best clinical practices. Through this educational initiative, we aim to ensure that our patients continue to receive reliable, safe, and high-quality diagnostic services, while our team remains aligned with the latest standards in breast disease diagnostics,” emphasized Prof. Dr. Mujagić.
Assoc. Prof. Dr. Maja Marolt Mušič expressed her gratitude for the trust and cooperation extended to her, emphasizing that the organization of educational activities and the exchange of professional knowledge and experience foster continuous learning, enhance skills, and support the development of innovative approaches in diagnostics. During her visit, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Marolt Mušič and her team were received by the Director of the University Clinical Center Tuzla, Prof. Dr. Šekib Umihanić.
