The University Clinical Center Tuzla celebrated 25th November, Bosnia and Herzegovina’s Statehood Day.
By celebrating this day we commemorate the day in 1943 on which the ZAVNOBIH laid the foundation of the modern statehood of our country.
On the occasion the delegation of Clinical Center Tuzla together with the members of the Association of Veterans of Health Institutions of the Tuzla Canton laid a wreath of flowers on the memorial in the hospital’s park.
The director of the University Clinical Center Tuzla Prof. Dr. Denijal Tulumović took the opportunity to congratulate all citizens and employees this holiday and said that marking this important historical date represents the day of founding our homeland for all its citizens and equal people, thus confirming the continuity of the statehood of Bosnia and Herzegovina. He also pointed that by celebrating 25 November, we commemorate the symbol of freedom and democracy of Bosnia and Herzegovina, but also promote coexistence and tolerance, with respect for cultural diversity.
