Primarius Dr. Muris Tanović, a long time head of the Department of Orthopedy and Trauma, University Clinical Center Tuzla passed away yesterday on 13 September 2023 at the age of 68.
Primarius Dr. Tanović was born on 15 February 1956. Medical faculty, University of Sarajevo finished in 1982. Dr. Tanović specialized orthopedy in 1989, and the title of Primarius obtained on May 7, 1995.
His first workplace experience was at the Kladanj Health Center in 1982, after which he moved to the Clinic for Orthopedy and Trauma, University Clinical Center Tuzla in 1985. He retired in May 31, 2021.
A memorial for Dr. Tanović will be held on Friday, 15 September 2023, 10-10. 30 a.m. at the Commemorative Center Tuzla.
The funeral will be held at 4:30 p.m. in front of the Hadim Ali Pasha mosque in Kladanj, and the burial will be at the Tabina njiva cemetery, Kladanj.
