The representatives of BH Telecom were in a working visit to the University Clinical Center Tuzla yesterday. As part of a conversation with the director of the University Clinical Center Tuzla Prof. Dr. Denijal Tulumović it was agreed to continue cooperation on improving BH Telecom’s telecommunication services for University Clinical Center Tuzla.
It was said that the BH Telecom partner program is a group of services offered to the University Clinical Center Tuzla, which includes improvements and support for implementing new technological and business solutions, including those already provided at the University Clinical Center Tuzla.
Head of the Sector for Information Technology Prof. Dr. Nihad Mešanović, electr.eng., on this occasion highlighted segments in which a step forward can be made in the information and telecommunication fields, as well as the way a telecommunications system could be operated so that patients could be connected and a call center could be established within the Clinical Center Tuzla. As one of the priorities of cooperation, he mentioned offering new services, increasing data transfer speed and data security, and ensuring the satisfaction of service users, which are patients and employees.
Yesterday’s meeting attended director of Telecom center Tuzla MSc. Jasenko Topić, electr.eng., Sabina Berbić, head of the Service for Placement of Services for Business Users and Sulejman Zelenturović, head of the Sector for Placement of Services and Support for Business Users of the Tuzla Directorate.
