Today, the company EM- Oniks Lukavac donated a highly valuable medical equipment to the University Clinical Center Tuzla (UKC Tuzla).
The donation was distributed to several clinics within UKC Tuzla and included electric hospital beds, anti- decubitus mattresses, bedside tables, therapy cabinets and trolleys, infusion stands, and patient feeding tables. This modern equipment will significantly enhance patient comfort and improve the efficiency of healthcare services.
Part of this important donation was allocated to the Clinic for Surgery of UKC Tuzla.
On this occasion, the Head of the Clinic for Surgery, Prof. Dr. Zlatan Mehmedović, expressed his sincere gratitude to EM- Oniks, emphasizing that the donated equipment will substantially improve working conditions at the clinic and contribute to higher-quality healthcare for surgical patients.

These modern beds are equipped with anti- decubitus features and electric controls that allow for height adjustment as well as positioning of the head and foot sections, greatly facilitating patient care and enhancing the overall quality of treatment. In addition to the electric beds, the donation also includes supporting medical equipment, which will further contribute to improved patient care and higher standards of treatment,” emphasized Prof. Dr. Zlatan Mehmedović.
The Director of the University Clinical Center Tuzla, Prof. Dr. Šekib Umihanić, also expressed his appreciation for the donation, highlighting that it will significantly improve working conditions for medical staff and enhance the quality of healthcare services provided to patients at UKC Tuzla.
