The organizational units of the University Clinical Ceter Tuzla held a professional meeting in order to present their scope of practice. The organization and capacities of the Ear, Nose and Throat Clinic and Sector for scientific research were presented during yesterday’s meeting.These types of meetings are aimed at establishing a quality of internal communication strategy within our hospital, better organization of human and other resources, more effective cooperation within multidisciplinary teams, as well as managing, directing, motivating and creating a positive work environment, with the ultimate goal of providing better health care treatment for patients.
