The organizational units of the University Clinical Center Tuzla held a professional meeting in order to present their scope of practice. Health services and capacities of the Clinic for Anesthesia and Resuscitation and the Center for Palliative Care were evaluated during the yesterday’s meeting.
These types of meetings are aimed at establishing a quality of internal communication strategy within our hospital, better organization of human and other resources, more effective cooperation within multidisciplinary teams, as well as managing, directing, motivating and creating a positive work environment, with the ultimate goal of providing better health care treatment for patients.
