The first of the two elevators planned for replacement was put into service at the Clinic for Internal Medicine, University Clinical Center Tuzla. The previous elevators have worked for 42 years and have been frequently repaired.
At the initiative of director Prof. Dr. Denijal Tulumović the University Clinical Center Tuzla started a procurement process to replace them since they became obsolete and irreparable.
The Tuzla Canton Government allocated funds of 150.000,00 BAM for procuring large elevator with a capacity of 1.600kg and a small elevator with a capacity of 1.000kg.
There are five floors at the Clinic, so a more modern elevators will satisfy the needs of patients and professional staff and facilitate the daily work process.
